Can I pay with credit Card?

Yes, in our main office (H-1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 2.)

Where can I buy ticket?

• On the bus at any departure point,
• At our tourist information points (Budapest, Károly krt. 10., Károly krt. 26., Dohány u. 30/A)
• On our website,
• Travel Agencies and Tourist Information Offices,
• Our Main Office: H-1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 2.

Can I buy the ticket on the bus?

Yes, you can buy your ticket on board from our uniformed bus hosts/hostesses.

Are there any discounts for students and children?

Yes, we provide discount for students with valid student card. Children between 0-6 can travel FREE.

Are there any discounts for groups?

For bigger groups it’s possible to get discount. For further information please write us an email: info@opentour.hu or ask any of our uniformed staff.

Where are the bus stops? What is the route of the tour?

They can be found on our website or in our brochures alongside with all of the stops.

H-1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 2.

What are the working hours in your office?

Monday-Sunday: 8:30-18:00. (1 Apr - 31 Oct)
Monday-Sunday: 8:30-17:00. (1 Nov - 31 Mar)

Do I need to come to your office to purchase the ticket?

You can but you don’t have to come to our office to purchase the ticket. You can buy it on the bus at any departure point, at our tourist information points or any uniformed staff, on our website, at travel Agencies and Tourist Information Offices.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, small size dogs can be carried in the lap of the owner, big size dogs should wear a muzzle. Please do not disturb other passengers' peace. Those demages that is caused to the bus or to a third person the dog owner should be liable for.

Can I use your service with wheelchair?

Yes, however this service only available on the double decker busses.
